Refund Policy

Refunds are only considered for the following reasons:

  • Duplicate transactions
  • Incorrect course purchases within FMC (FoodManagersCertification.com)

For a refund to be considered:

  • Purchase Transaction did not occur more than two (2) weeks previous.
  • A Certificate was not issued for the recent purchase in dispute.

Proctor Fee refund (For Proctored Exam)

  • 31 or more days prior to scheduled appointment time, full refund.
  • 5 – 30 days prior to scheduled appointment time, full refund of exam fee and Proctor fee minus a $10 cancelation fee.
  • Less than 5 days prior to scheduled appointment time, No Refund.

If your Refund Request passes the above requirements and you are still in need of a refund, you can request a refund by the following processes:

  • Login to your account
  • Submit a “Support Ticket” stating the reason why you are seeking a refund

After we have reviewed your refund request, we will promptly contact you within 24 hours during normal business hours.
